We have total faith that when you purchase a product from us you will be very satisfied with what you receive. The quality and construction of our goods is the best we can physically make it. This is why we have no problem offering a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back policy for the purchase price of your order if for any reason you are not happy with it on receival. If you do find you would like to return a product for a full refund of the purchase price the following conditions must apply.
- Prior notification for returning goods must be discussed with our office.
- All products returned for refund, credit or exchange must be received by our office within 14 days from date of invoice.
- Returned goods must be as new, in original packaging.
- A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned item along with full contact details.
Please note Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in refund, credit or exchange being denied, restocking fee.
Warranty
Most products have a 1 year warranty or more. Please consult our office in regards to a particular products warranty time. Products under warranty must be returned to our office by the purchaser for assessment. All warranty assessments must include a photocopy of the products purchase invoice. All units received for warranty repair or replacement will firstly be assessed to determine whether the unit is faulty due to a manufacturing flaw or faulty/damaged due to misuse or wear and tear by the purchaser. If a unit is faulty due to a manufacturing flaw Beauty Secrecy Corp will choose to repair or replace it within a reasonable time frame. If a unit is determined faulty or damaged due to misuse or wear and tear, Beauty Secrecy Corp will not be liable to repair or replace under warranty. The purchaser will be contacted & have the choice to pick up the unit immediately from our office or agree to pay for it to be repaired if possible or replaced.
Ordering
We are ready to take your order from Monday-Friday 9am-4.30pm. Orders can be arranged by calling our office number or notifying us by email. We will endeavour to promptly action all emails & faxes regarding orders & quotation requests.Showroom sales are also encouraged if you would like to see before you buy. Payment
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Acceptable terms of payment are Visa and Master card, Cash(showroom sales only), Cheque, bank transfer & money order. Any overseas payments must be made by bank wire/Telegraphic transfer.
Delivery
We deliver to all states of Australia. On placing an order with Beauty Secrecy Corp a freight cost will be determined at the time & added to the invoice & paid by the customer. Customers will be informed prior to payment of all costs. Goods dispatched by Beauty Secrecy Corp are delivered by contract courier or parcel post, Allied express & Australian post. Tracking numbers are issued to all orders and available on the purchasers request. If it is more convenient to arrange your own means of delivery/pickup come into our showroom to purchase goods or contact us via email or phone to arrange your order & pick up time. Delivery times vary according to the destination, estimation of transit time can be given at request & before dispatch.

Incorrect or Damaged goods
An incorrect supply of goods or goods damaged on delivery must be reported to our office within 2 days (48 hours) of being receive. Any disputes after this time may not be rectified by our office.
Delayed Supply
If by chance we are unable to fill an order the item out of stock may be mark as this on the Beauty Secrecy Corp website. Please contact us for an estimated time that any out of stock items will be available again. We are able to place you on our back order system and contact you once stock has been replenished. Once we know when new stock is due in we will usually note the approximate arrival date in a product's detail page.
